Ed Meese - The Honorable Edwin Meese, III is the Ronald Reagan Distinguished Fellow in Public Policy at the Heritage Foundation. He worked with Ronald Reagan for over 30 years, serving in numerous capacities, including U.S. Attorney General during President Reagan's second term.

Ed Feulner - Dr. Edwin J. Feulner serves as the President of the Heritage Foundation. On January 18, 1989 President Reagan conferred the Presidential Citizens Medal on him as "a leader of the conservative movement."
